The jacket is lightweight, not very thick, and not suitable for snow or rain. But the design is nice.

So rad, easy to slip on and off, super secure banding sleeve, strong Velcro ties, very well made, the padding is excellent, not too much, no too little, and I love how it flares out a little more on both sides of the knee with a little less material to make them more flexible. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was unbelievably frustrating. I paid extra for expedited shipping (3–6 days) because I needed the items for a ski trip. Instead, my order arrived on November 10, well after the trip — completely defeating the point of paying for fast delivery. The delivery delay was already bad, but the return process has been an absolute nightmare. I contacted Vector within the 15-day return window to request a return. However, the return portal kept telling me I “missed the return window,” which is false. I sent multiple emails explaining this, including screenshots of the error. Instead of reading my messages, the customer service team kept replying like an AI bot, repeatedly sending me the exact same broken return link — over and over again. I have exchanged 11 emails and they still refuse to help manually or provide a return address. Even the chat support acknowledged the error (“we escalated this to our technical team”), yet the email support continued to reply with copy-paste instructions that do not work. At this point, I've wasted more time trying to return this order than the product is worth. The customer finally sent me the return address as I threatened to report the scam to the Federal Trade Commission. I will never order from this company again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them!!!
