The return process is extremely difficult. They only give 15 days to return the product. However, when you message them, they don't initially answer your questions and provide a generic answer of the basic information that is already on their website. It took multiple emails to get the return adress. I wanted to change from exchange/replacement to return and it also took multiple emails for them to answer because I was not able to change it on my side on their website. They said it was noted but never changed the status on the website. I live in Canada and the address from which my package was sent was from Ontario Mississauga. I asked if it was possible to return it to that same address which they denied. After asking multiple times, they finally gave me a return address, but it is in Houston Texas. I asked Canada Post and it would cost me more than 50 CAD and 35% return tariff taxes of the product's worth, which makes the the return not worth it. I asked them if it was possible to send it back to the address from which the package was received in Canada and they denied it. I asked them if it was possible to send it back to the warehouse in China which they answer you only have 15 days however it took me more than 1-1,5 weeks of emails back and forth to get a clear answer. I don't think they want to make the return possible or easy as they don't provide any help or solution and a very short window. It is extremely complicated to return and very time consuming, stressful, to return compared to other big brands such as Columbia which provide a shipping return print label and also 60 days return policy for Holidays. Be sure to have the good size or else the return process will be complicated, take patience and time. The product itself is good but I will not buy again because you can't be 100% sure of the size and you won't be able to return/exchange it.
